Selecting a Local Partner During Membership Renewal

During your membership renewal, you will see the following screen appear.  DO NOT select Skip.  Instead, follow the next few steps to select the Fox Valley Forum as your Local Membership Partner, and enjoy all the benefits a Fox Valley Forum membership has to offer.

  1. Select United States as your Country then enter your Zip Code and click Search

  1. Click the checkbox next to Fox Valley Forum and then click Add Selected

  1. Confirm that there is an ASCM Membership and a Fox Valley Forum Membership in your cart

   4.  Proceed to Checkout
