2024 Top Management Night

April 24, 2024
5:15 PM - 8:15 PM

Presentation Topic:

Unlocking Supply Chain Excellence: ASCM Supply Chain Maturity Index and SCOR-DE Process Overview

Summary:

In this presentation, we will explore the ASCM Supply Chain Maturity Index and how it integrates the SCOR-DE (Supply Chain Operations Reference - Diagnostic and Evaluation) process to drive organizational excellence in supply chain management.

The ASCM Supply Chain Maturity Index serves as a comprehensive framework for evaluating and benchmarking the maturity of supply chain processes within organizations. Developed by the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), formerly APICS, it provides a structured approach to assess supply chain capabilities, identify areas for improvement, and achieve operational excellence.

Central to the ASCM Supply Chain Maturity Index is the integration of the SCOR-DE process. SCOR-DE is an extension of the SCOR model, which stands for Supply Chain Operations Reference. SCOR-DE incorporates
diagnostic and evaluation elements to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain processes across key dimensions.
